What items are returnable and exchangeable?
- Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition & packaging (tags etc)
- Unwashed & Unworn
- Manufacturing defect with the item
Are there any charges for return/exchange?
- In case of return, COD and Shipping charges are non-refundable. Rs 100 per product will be deducted.
- Products in Clearance sale are only exchangeable but not returnable.
- For exchange request, we arrange one free reverse shipment and do not charge any fees for pickups arranged for, and serviced by us. You can also ship your returns to us yourself.
- Full refund along with shipping charges in case of manufacturing defect or damaged product received.
How do I Return/Exchange my order?
- Click this link Return Center to request return/exchange or Email our Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org to place your returns request.
- In case of damaged/broken goods, click this link Return Center or send us the images along with order number on email@example.com
- Enter your email address & order number. Follow the screen instructions & select the items you want to return/exchange.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange request.
- Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your order within 48-72 hours of placement of the pickup request. Please do ensure your availability and shipment readiness for handling over the return to the pickup team.
- For Exchange/Replacement, you have two option as follows which you will be asked to choose from-
- We initiate return pickup. You reorder products & we ship product on the same day. You pay for this order online or at COD to courier guy. You will get refund for the first order in your bank account after the first order returns reaches us and we do its inspection.
- We initiate return pickup. We will send you exchanged products after we receive the returned product and inspected by us as quickly as possible.
- In case, reverse pick up is not serviceable in your area, you will be requested to self-ship your returns. Please provide us courier name, tracking number, order number and order return RA number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self shipped.
Guidelines to pack the return order parcel
- Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.).
- Please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.
Mention our return address (given below), order number and return order RA number on the return parcel.
For self shipped returns, please provide us courier name, tracking number, order number and order return RA number at email@example.com.
Where do I send my return?
Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel with the Creez order number and return order RA number in cases of both pickup and self shipping, Please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.
How long will the entire process take?
It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Please allow 10-14 business day for your refund to be credited to your bank account.
How will I be refunded for the return ?
In case of payment through credit/debit card/net banking/COD, the returned product full amount will be credited back to your bank account, once we have received the products and quality check is done. Please allow 10-14 business day for your refund to be credited to your bank account.
In case of payment through any wallet like Paytm, the returned product full amount will be credited back to your wallet, once we have received the products and quality check is done.

I haven’t received my refund yet, what should I do?
1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
