When will my order be delivered?

• After confirming your order and authorising and processing the payment, it may take an additional 1-2 days before your order is shipped.
• Orders within India are delivered within 8-10 working days after shipping. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.
• Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.

Do you apply any shipping charges?

Within India, we charge Rs 99 on all COD orders.

How am i eligible for COD payment?

You are eligible to pay through COD if

• your total order value is below Rs 3000
• if cash on delivery is serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code

Can I request delivery to an international shipping address?

At the moment, creez.in only delivers within India.
