- You can return all items within 7 days of receipt with no questions asked.
- You will get the full refund amount on return except shipping charges & COD charges.
- In case of manufacturing defect with the item, it can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by us. if reverse pickup is unsuccessful after three attempts or more than two weeks after pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be cancelled.
- If the product is self shipped, and has not been dispatch from costumer after one weeks of refund initiation, refund request will be cancelled.
- Please note that items with total discount of more than 20% are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Some additional guidelines:
- Within the first 7 days of receipt we will accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use.
- Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.). For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
- Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days.
- You can inform us within 7 days of receiving the parcel by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to our pick-up person.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange for an order. Any reverse shipment charges other than the one time will be borne by the customer. In case of refund, reverse picking charges will be borne by the customer.
How do I return products?
- Email our Customer Support at email@example.com to place your returns request. After guiding you through the process, our Customer Support Executive will inform you whether we can organise a pickup for your return in your area or if you would be required to arrange for shipment of your return yourself.
- In case of damaged/broken goods, send us the images on firstname.lastname@example.org
- In case, reverse pick up is not serviceable in your area, you will be requested to self-ship your returns. Inform us at email@example.com and fill out the return form shipped to you with the order, follow the instructions on the form and ship the products to us. Refunds are subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end
In case you have opted for Creez to organise the pickup of returns, our logistics team would organise the pickup within 48-72 hours of placement of the pickup request. Please do ensure your availability and shipment readiness for handing over the return to the pickup team.
In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and update our customer care and email us the tracking info on firstname.lastname@example.org so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self shipped.

How do i exchange my order?
Please send the item back to us and we will exchange for you. If the product you want to exchange is sold out at the time we receive your package, we will then issue you a full refund (including shipping cost) so you can place a new order with us.
Where do I send my return?
Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel with the Creez order number in cases of both pickup and self shipping, Please also include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.
How long will the entire process take?
It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Usually you will receive your refund in term of store credit at the end of this 48 hour window.
Do I get charged for returning products ?
You will get the full refund amount including shipping charges & COD charges on return.
For exchange request, we arrange one free reverse shipment and do not charge any fees for pickups arranged for, and serviced by us. You can also ship your returns to us yourself.
How will I be refunded for the return ?
In case of payment through credit/debit card/net banking/COD, the returned product full amount will be credited back to your bank account, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
In case of payment through any wallet like Paytm, the returned product full amount will be credited back to your wallet, once we have received the products and quality check is done.

I haven’t received my refund yet, what should I do?
1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
